About Our Company

Our Founder and producer of the "Video Learning CDs" began teaching in Houston in 1998 at a Microsoft Solution Provider Learning Center. He has watched Microsoft Applications being implemented in offices all over the world. In 2001 he started his own company in the mountains of Colorado when High Speed Internet Connection was still caught up in the "Dial Up" mode. Finally the move was made to Louisiana in the city of Lake Charles. The area was not altogether receptive to the "Age of Computers", but Internet Room began its project of joining forces with any IT companies looking for the same advancement in the City.

Objective

The Internet Room and Training Center wants to help all offices and individuals in Lake Charles, as well as all the surrounding cities, to become well versed with Excel, Word, and Outlook. We will use all resources available, such as the Chamber of Commerce, The Technology Council and the Small Business Committee to bring this dream to fruition. We not only teach our Classes in a Classroom but we also offer training online through Webinars, and offer our Video Learning CDs that make training and understanding a breeze!

The Future

Our achievements in technical advancements in Lake Charles have soared in the past 6 years. Because computers have become an essential part of our everyday life in the City, we have made  changes in our preparation to weather storms, such as Hurricanes, by securing our data, as well as saving our data, to prevent loss of data as well as the lessening of breaching of security and compromising our sensitive information. This alone has put our City in contention and has opened up opportunity for large corporations to open satellite stores in Lake Charles.
